green coffee extract (Coffea canephora) [50% ACG]; L-tyrosine; guarana extract (Paullinia cupana) [22% caffeine]; capsule shell (gelatine; colours – iron oxides and hydroxides; titanium dioxide; azorubine); anhydrous caffeine; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) [95% piperine]; vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); chromium (chromium picolinate).

Recommended use:
Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule wash down with 300 ml water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably 30 min. before a meal or a workout.

Warnings:
