L-carnitine, Vitamin B5 (as D-Panthothenic Acid), Vitamin B1 (as thiamin HCI), Vitamin 12 (as Methylcobalamin)
Other ingredients:
Purified water, citric acid, phosphoric acid, malic acid, sucralose, natural & artificial flavors, (potassium sorbate & sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% – preservative). FD&C Blue #1.
Recommended use:
Shake well before use. Take one tablespoon (15 ml) of liquid L-Carnitine preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a health practitioner. On workout days, consume 30 to 60 minutes prior to training. On non-workout day.
