Recommended use:
Add 15.9 fl oz (475ml) of water to a shaker cup or blender and then add 1 serving (4 scoops) of powder; Shake or blend for 15-20 seconds and enjoy! Enjoy 1-2 servings per day, or however you prefer. Tastes amazing in water – tastes even better in 1% milk!
Always add liquid first then add powder. Using non-fat or low-fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamer, higher protein, higher calorie shake. To decrease the thickness or sweetness, simply add more liquid.
