Other ingredients:
Citric Acid, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Maltodextrin, Disodium Phosphate, Beet Juice Powder (for color), Malic Acid, Sucralose, Silica, Acesulfame K.

Recommended use:
Mix 1 scoop with 8-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage, 30 minutes prior to training.
