Other ingredients:
Concentrated seawater from Utah’s inland sea, USA. NO KNOWN ALLERGENS. GLUTEN FREE.

Recommended use:
Take 1 – 3.5mL (¾ tsp.) daily with juice or food to mask the highly concentrated mineral flavor. Given the concentrated nature of this product, we recommend starting with 1mL per serving and increasing up to 3.5mL per serving as desired, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking with a large glass of fluid.

Warnings:
Taking too much magnesium at once may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
