Shen Min Herb Blend (He Shou Wu (Fo-ti) Extract (root, 12:1), He Shou Wu (Fo-Ti) Powdered Extract (Polygonum multiflorum) (root)), BioPerine Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum) (fruit)

Other ingredients:
Cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, cellulose gum, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, glycerin, gum arabic, maltodextrin.
Contains: Fish, Tree Nuts.
No: Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, yeast, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet, three times daily, with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. For best results, this product should be taken for a minimum of 3-4 months.

Warnings:
Consult your healthcare professional if you have or have had liver problems, frequently use alcoholic beverages, or take any medication before using supplements containing He Shou Wu (Fo-Ti). Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating.
