Recommended use:
Ripped Freak 2.0 Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day. To assess your individual tolerance, start by taking only 1 capsule daily, first thing in the morning. Take with food. Never take more than 2 capsules daily. Take 1 capsule before exercise. Drink ten 250 mL glasses of water daily. Total caffeine content for one capsule: 352.3 mg. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period and do not take within 6 hours before bedtime. For occasional use only.
