Quick Science of a Pump
A “pump” is when the muscle you are exercising becomes larger than when it is at rest. This is caused by the body shuttling more blood to the working muscle than normal to help quickly deliver key nutrients, mainly oxygen.
This process can be enhanced with specific ingredients that support nitric oxide “NO” production, alongside being properly hydrated.

Recommended use:
For users 160 lbs or less, consume 1 scoop mixed in 8 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training. For users over 160 lbs, consume 1–2 scoops mixed in 8–12 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training.
