Foxtrot is Redcon1’s Joint Support, designed to improve and maintain the health of cartilage, tendons and joints in the body. Foxtrot helps to support joints and connective tissue repair as well as helping to temporarily reduce inflammation, ensuring you take care of your joints as well as you do your muscles. It is a multi-benefit formula designed to reduce inflammation, help with joint mobility, and support overall joint health. Foxtrot features a total of eight different ingredients, all of which are transparently dosed, just like all of the brand’s other products. The mix of ingredients in Foxtrot includes the common joint features glucosamine at 1.5g, MSM at a gram, and 800mg of chondroitin. The other four ingredients making up the supplement are 100mg of hyaluronic acid, 250mg each of boswellia and tart cherry, and 300mg each of ginger powder and turmeric.

Recommended use:
