ZM8+ Recommended Use:
Take 2-3 capsules at night before bed on an empty stomach with 250ml (~8 fl oz) of water. Use for 8 weeks followed by a 4 week off-cycle.

Long term intake of >25mg of zinc may lead to anemia. Long term intake of >10mg of vitamin B6 may lead to tingling and numbness. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with.
