Recommended use:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (7.73 g) with 4 to 8 oz of cold water and drink prior to your workout. If needed, you may gradually increase serving by a half scoop (3.87 g) up to a total of 2 full scoops (15.46 g). Never use more than 2 scoops in any 24 hour period or use more than 5 days in any 7 day period. Consume ample amounts of water while using this product. Significant settling may occur. Shake prior to each use. Store in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping and discolouration.

Pregnant or nursing women should not use this product. Always consult your physician prior to using this product, especially if you have a medical condition or if you are taking any medication. This product is intended for healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Not recommended for those sensitive to caffeine. Do not use this product in combination with caffeine or any other stimulants from any other sources. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not use under extreme conditions of heat, cardiovascular exertion, sleep deprivation, or dehydration. NEVER COMBINE WITH ALCOHOL. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!
