Beta-Alanine, Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium salt acid transport system, Sodium, Potassium, L-histidine HCl, L-Histidine, Phosphorus, Vitamin B6

Other ingredients:
Beta-alanine, acidity regulators – citric acid, malic acid; sodium bicarbonate, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, flavourings; anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; L-histidine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; colours: carotenes (A), carmine (B), riboflavins (C), E150c (D), E150d (E), E133 (F), patent blue V (G), indigo carmine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), vegetable carbon (N).

Recommended use:
Take 1 scoop 3 times daily with meals or before training. 1 scoop (3,2g of powder) dissolve in 100 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.

Warnings:
Not suitable for children and young persons. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
